Pallet art - Arte con pallets

Hice este arte con paletas a mano y quiero compartirlo con ustedes. Quería hacer algo bonito, me gustan mucho las conchas y los caracoles siempre las estoy recogiendo en la playa, así que decidí utilizarlos, aquí en el Caribe tenemos buen clima todo el año (a veces demasiado caliente) lo que hace este proyecto perfecto para cualquier momento época del año.
Necesitarás
• Tablitas de paletas (usamos una que llevaba ya un
tiempo a la interperie)
• Un papel de lija
• Pintura acrílica
• Brochas
• Pegamento para carpintero
• Caracoles y conchas
• Pistola de silicón
Luego las pinté de color azul claro y las dejé secar
totalmente.
Las lijé para darles ese aspecto desgastado.
Pinté el diseño que quería con lápiz sobre la madera y
luego adherí los caracoles y las conchas con las pistol de silicón.

I made this handmade pallet art and I want to share it
with you. I wanted to make something pretty, I love seashells I’m always
collecting them at the beach so I decided to use them, here in the Caribbean we
have nice weather all year (sometimes too hot) so this will make a perfect
project for anytime.
You will need
• Wood scraps (I used scrap decking that had been left
in the weather)
• Sanding paper
• Acrylic craft paint
• Brushes
• Wood working glue
• Seashells
• Hot glue
First I clean the wood scraps and glue them together
with wood working glue, let it dry.
I painted them with a light blue acrylic paint and let
the paint dry completely.
Then I sanded it down to give it a worn look.
I drew the design with a pencil and then I adhered the
seashells with hot glue.
And that’s it! Pretty and simple!
