Esta noche esperamos el nuevo año y claro está yo quiero que ustedes preparen la mejor fiesta y tenga la mesa más hermosa agregando un poquito de brillo a tu cabeza y a la mesa. Los cintillos o vendas para la cabeza son el accesorio perfecto para año nuevo y por supuesto para tu mesa también. ¡Estoy totalmente segura que si la usamos nos pasarán cosas fantásticas este 2019!

Materiales

Cinta

Cartulina de brillo

Pasos:

Cortar las estrellas y crear tu diseño. Empezar a pegar las estrellas a nuestra cinta y eso todo. ¡bastante fácil! ¿no? Fácil y hermoso.

Aquí les dejo una idea de cómo pueden usarlo en su mesa. ¡que pasen una fiesta hermosa junto a su familia y seres queridos! ¡Feliz Año 2019!

Materials:

Ribbon

Glitter cardstock

Glue gun

Cricut machine / scissors

Steps:

Cut your stars and make your design. Start gluing your stars to the ribbon and that’s it! Pretty easy and beautiful.

DIY: Cork Cupholders Place Name Cards - DIY: Tarjetas de Lugar de Corcho

Este fin de semana tuve algo de tiempo libre, así que tomé un par de juegos de portavasos de corcho circulares y los convertí en unas tarjetas de lugar para tener cenas bastante geniales. Esta manualidad es bastante simple y asequible y hará que tu mesa se vea increíble. Como saben, estoy obsesionada con el tema celestial galáctico y esta fue una ocasión perfecta para usarlo, pueden combinarlo con la papelería navideña de La Lilú del año pasado, pueden descargarlo AQUÍ.

Necesitarán:

Portavasos de corcho redondos
Pintura acrílica (azul, violeta, negra, blanca y dorada.
Cricut
Vinilo
Papel de transferencia de vinilo
Cepillo de pintura
Cepillo de dientes viejo

Este proyecto es bastante fácil:

Poner tape en los círculos de corcho, creando una forma de media luna.

Pintar el corcho haciendo capas con diferentes colores para lograr el efecto galáctico y luego, con el cepillo de dientes, salpicar con pintura dorada y blanca para terminar y dejar que se seque.

Crear el diseño de letra y colocarlo en el espacio de diseño de cricut y cortar.

¡Aplicar diseño al corcho y a disfrutar!

This weekend I had some free time so I had to do another fun crafty DIY (this crafting thing is kind of addicting) so I took a couple of sets of heat trivet circular cork and turned it into some pretty cool dinner party place names. This simple and affordable DIY will make your table look amazing. As you know I’m obsessed with the celestial galactic theme and this was a perfect occasion to use it, you can combine it with last year La Lilú’s Christmas stationery, you can download it HERE.

You’ll need:

Mini Cork rounds (cupholders)
Acrylic paint (blue, purple, black, White and gold
Cricut
Vinyl
Vinyl transfer paper
Paintbrush
Old Toothbrush

This project is pretty easy:

Tape the cork boards, make a half moon shape.

Paint the cork making layers with different colors to make the galactical effect and then with the toothbrush make splashes with gold and White paint to finish it and let it dry.

Create your letter design and put it in your Cricut design space and cut it.

Apply your design to the cork board and enjoy!

Tabletop Tic Tac Toe DIY - Juego de mesa Tic Tac Toe DIY

La época de las fiestas y las reuniones ha llegado y yo no sé ustedes pero mis amigos, no importa el grupo, siempre terminamos la noche después de cenar jugando y riéndonos hasta más no poder.

Por eso decidí hacer este “DIY” un juego de mesa para entretener a los invitados. Vi un juego de tic tac toe (cerito y cruz en mi país) y decidí crear uno inspirado en la decoración de mi árbol de Navidad de este año, como ya se habrán podido dar cuenta yo estoy obsesionada con galaxias, la luna, las estrella y el espacio. Este DIY resultó fácil y divertido aunque en un principio la masilla para moldear estaba un poco dura, no sé si así debía estar pero decidí agregar un poquito de agua y listo la masa perfecta, ya luego fue solo cortar y al horno.

Necesitarán:

Arcilla para moldear y hornear de diferentes colores.

Molde para galletas

X-acto bisturí

Rodillo para amasar

Tabla de madera

Pintura negra

Hilo

Pintura azul, púrpura, blanca y dorada

Pinceles

Un cepillo de dientes viejo

Pasos:

Extender la masa hasta por lo menos ¼ de pulgada de grosor.

Tomar los moldes de galletas y empezar a cortar las piezas. Yo corté las lunitas con un bisturí X-acto porque no tenía un molde con esa forma. Necesitarán cortar 5 piezas por cada diseño.

Después de cortar hornear según las instrucciones del paquete de arcilla.

Yo utilicé pintura dorada para darle terminación a mis estrellas y lunas.

Pintar la tabla de madera con pintura negra, yo utilicé pintura en spray, dejarla secar y luego hacer la galaxia con pintura morada, azul, blanca y dorada. Es la misma técnica que usé cuando hice la guirnalda galáctica, pueden verlo AQUÍ.

Cortar 4 tiras del mismo tamaño del cordón elegido para crear las líneas de división del juego. Pegarlas y ya estarán listos para jugar y divertirse.

Puede utilizar cualquier forma que deseen para hacerlo único y original. Así que no hay escusas para no divertirse en estas fiestas navideñas.

The gathering season is here, I don’t know about you guys but my friends and I always end the night playing some games and laughing realy hard.

That’s why I decided to make a table top game to keep friends entretained all nigt. I saw a really cute tic tac toe game the other day and I thought I should make one inspiredon my this year Christmas tree decor. As you has notice I’m obssesed with the moon, the space and galaxies, this DIY turns out not only was fun to make, it was also pretty easy and fastas well. At the begining my clay was a Little bit hard but I added some water and voilà it was perfect!

You will need:

Oven bake clay

Cooky cutters

X-acto Knife

Rolling pin

Wooden board

Black paint

Yarn

Gold, blue, purple and White paint.

Old toothbrush

Steps:

Roll out your oven bake clay to about ¼ inch.

Take your cooky cutters and cuto ut your shapes. I cut the moon shape with the X-acto knife because I didn’t have a cutter with that shape. You’ll need 5 pieces of both shapes.

Bake according the instructions of the clay your using.

Paint your wooden board with black paint (I used spray it was fast an easy) , lt it dry and then make your galaxy with purple, blue and gold paint. See how I did it HERE.

Cut equal length pieces of yarn and créate your game lines.

And now you are ready to have fun! You can make whatever shapes you want.

Este año me inspiré en la rueda de color para hacer esta colorida mesa. Creé el centro de mesa haciendo flores de pascua de diferentes colores con papel crepé, en pinterest encontrarán un montón de DIYs de cómo hacerlas. Mezclar todo es l clave, no tengasn miedo de hacer “mix and match” el resultado será espectacular.

Acts of Kindness Advent Calendar - Calendario de Adviento de Actos de Amabilidad

Quiero invitarles a probar algo un poco diferente para sus manualidades de adviento este año. Hace dos años hice un Calendario de adviento con las fases de la luna (puedes descargarlo AQUÍ). Esta es una tradición que realmente me gusta porque la Navidad es la época más maravillosa del año y es la ocasión perfecta para ser amable, cariñoso y empatizar con los demás. Creé junto a mi hermana Francina este Calendario de Adviento de Actos de Bondad, estoy compartiendo los imprimibles gratuitos con ustedes. Este calendario es perfecto para compartir con tus pequeños y enseñarles sobre el verdadero espíritu navideño. Estoy muy feliz de hacer esto, elegí este tema de Navidad Escandinava porque es tan hermosa y diferente de nuestra tradición navideña, mucho más simple y minimalista.

Decoré los sobres con estas hermosas flores que hice con mi cricut y las plantillas de The House That Lars Built☚, algunos stikers, aves de madera y washi tape. ¡Realmente me encantó resultado! ¡Espero que decidan seguirme en esta aventura de repartir amabilidad por todos lados esta Navidad!

Pegatinas de números

Mini pinzas de ropa

Adornos navideños

Paso 1.

Descargar e imprimir las tarjetas de Adviento.

Paso 2.

Usar un cortador de papel o unas tijeras para cortar las tarjetas.

Paso 3.

Decorar los sobres.

Etapa 4.

Rellenar los sobres con las tarjetas y listo.

Pueden colocar tu calendario de Adviento como quieras, pueden colocarlo cómo lo hice yo o ser creativos y colocarlos por toda la casa. Estoy muy feliz con este proyecto, quedó mucho mejor que lo que imaginé, y lo mejor será que estaremos repartiendo amabilidad durante toda la Navidad. Try something a Little bit different from your advent crafts. Two years ago I made a moon phase envelope advent. This is a tradition that I really like cause Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year and it’s the perfect occasion to be kind, loving and empathize with others. I created with my sister Francina this Acts of Kindness Advent Calendar, I´m sharing the free printables with you guys. This is perfect to share with your little ones and teach them about the real Christmas spirit. I’m so happy to do this, I choose this Scandinavian Christmas theme because it’s so beautiful and different from our Christmas tradition.

I decorated the envelopes with these beautiful flowers I made with my Cricut and templates from The House That Lars Built☚, some stickers, Little wooden birds and washi tape. I really loved how it turned out! I hope you decide to follow me on this adventure of being kind!

Craft envelopes

Scissors

Number Stickers

Step1.

Download and print the Advent cards☚.

Step 2.

Use a paper cutter or scissors to cut out the cards.

Step 3.

Decorate your envelopes.

Step 4.

Stuff your envelopes with your cards.

You can display your Advent calendar how you want to. I’m so happy with this Project, It came together much better than I imagined, and the best part it’ll be that we will be spreading kindness all over Christmas.
